   Proposal Description:
   1- Determine the responsiveness and minimal clinically relevant change of the current assessments of DLB symptoms. This study will be relevant for the selection of clinical trial outcomes for the assessment of therapies  2- Determine the correlation between markers of disease (imaging/biomarkers) and clinical measures in DLB. This study will also be helpful to determine the potential utility of markers in trials for disease-modifying therapies
